The Engineering Division designs and oversees construction of improvement projects, performs inspections on utility repairs and stormwater drainage, coordinates work of private utilities, maintains records of plats and construction plans, assists owners with water, sewer, and storm drainage issues and improvements, and permits all work in public lands and City right-of-ways.
