Rec N' Roll

Returning Event | Summer 2024

We've got your ticket to a rockin' good time! The Fridley Recreation team will be coming out to neighborhood parks throughout the summer with our Rec' N Roll mobile. We will offer a variety of free activities on-site including games, sports, arts, crafts, music, and more! Recreation team members will set up activities. equipment and offer free snacks for youth!  No need to pre-register, simply show up and have fun!  Stay tuned to this page for the Summer 2024 schedule! 

The Rec N' Roll Mobile

In 2021, the City of Fridley revamped an old fire vehicle for this program—the “Rec N’ Roll mobile." This vehicle is equipped with everything we will need to keep the fun rolling through the summer, including a sound system and all the craft and game supplies needed for this program. Keep an eye out for this vehicle for upcoming programs. If you see this truck, fun can't be too far away!
